The Wheeler/Smith unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8 This cute cabin is located on the North side of Donner Lake, and is one of our direct lake access units. There are public docks just across the street that are available on a first come, first served
basis. It has a large front deck overlooking Donner Lake and the surrounding mountains as well as another, quieter, patio deck on the back side of the house. Enter into the home through the garage. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen sized bed, lake views
and a connecting bathroom with a single vanity sink, toilet, and shower stall. Continue up 12 stairs to the second story where you will find the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom and main living areas. The main level features open concept kitchen, living and dining
areas as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The well stocked kitchen has been recently updated with quartz counter tops and breakfast bar. The sunken living room features wood paneled ceilings with exposed wood beams, a wood-burning fireplace and abundant
windows to take advantage of the beautiful lake views. Access the large front deck via a sliding glass door off the dining area and take advantage of the built-in benches, patio furniture and lake views. The back deck is sheltered and contains the BBQ and
outdoor dining furniture. The kids room is off the living area and has 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The other bedroom is on the other side of the stairs with a king sized bed, TV, DVD player, good natural light and lake views. The adjoining bathroom has a single
sink vanity, toilet, and large shower stall with sliding glass doors. This unit rents with a 2 night minimum. Our units do not have sheets, pillow cases, or towels included in the rental. However, we do offer linen rental service with 72 hrs notice before
