DONNER LAKE REALTY has managed privately owned homes and condominiums in the Donner Lake/Truckee area since 1973. We offer a range of vacation rentals from newly updated luxury units to the true mountain cabin getaway. All units are initially stocked with a few days’ supply of small hand soaps, dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper and trash bags. If these supplies are used up and you need more, similar items can be purchased at the Donner Lake Sticks Market, Safeway, Save Mart and other convenience stores in the Truckee area. We try to accurately match the unit and it’s attributes with a reasonable price; this price includes rent, 13.25% tax, cleaning fee, and a refundable security deposit. The refundable security deposit and cleaning fee is based per booking, and is increased for stays over one week. The refundable security deposit is required on all reservations and is returned in the form of a check up to 21 days after check out. Consequently, we prefer to talk directly to our guests before booking so you can be comfortable with what you are renting. Rates are based on a low summer season and high summer season. Low summer season is May 1st up to Memorial Holiday weekend and after Labor Day Holiday Weekend through October 31st. High summer season is Memorial Holiday weekend through Labor Day weekend. Winter rates start November 1st through April 30th and are based on non-Holiday Nightly rates and Holiday Nightly rates.
Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays : 3 night minimum for Martin Luther King Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Memorial Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum for 4th of July Holiday, 3 night minimum for Labor Day Holiday Weekend, 4 night minimum required for the Thanksgiving Holiday, 7 night minimum required for the Christmas/New Year's Holiday.
