The 5 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is located 3 blocks from the public beach beside Summit Creek on a quiet street. Downstairs is the kitchen, living area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a large deck. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, .75 bath and a pool table. it will sleep up to 13 guests. It is a vacation rental both summer and winter, and does have very good flat winter access. (Note: There is no washing machine, only a dryer.) It is both a winter and summer vacation rental. The summer "10" rates are $1050 - $1250 per week plus cleaning and tax. It has a Friday check in/out day.
