On the back side of the house is undeveloped property. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a loft with two twin beds, and another full bath. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the winter and 3 in the summer. It is a winter ski lease and a summer vacation rental. This is a pet unit. Summer 2010 rates are $220-$255/Night and $1000-$1150/Week with a floating two night minimum.
