The cabin is one block from the private homeowners beach and is also within walking distance of the public beach. Enter the cabin through the mud room which gives you access to the garage and into the living room. Relax in the living room that is connected to the dining area and newly remodeled kitchen. The sliding glass doors in the dining area lead out to the front main level deck. The remodeled kitchen has black marbel countertops, tile floors, and tile blackspash. In the living room is the hallway that leads to the two main level bedrooms and bathroom. There are also stairs that go up to the second level bedrooms. The kids' room on the main level has two twin beds, and the spare room on the main level has a double bed. Both rooms share the newly remodeled bathroom with black marble countertops. On the second level is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private deck overlooking the front yard. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a private deck overlooking the back yard. Both rooms share the upstairs remodeled large bathroom with vaulted ceilings and black marble countertops. Located on the West Shore of Donner Lake, this cabin is a summer vacation rental and winter ski lease. This cabin is a weekly rental with a Sunday check in and out.
