It has a large front deck overlooking Donner Lake and the surrounding mountains as well as another, quieter, patio deck on the back side of the house. Enter into the home through the garage. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen sized bed, lake views and a connecting bathroom with a single vanity sink, toilet, and shower stall. Continue up 12 stairs to the second story where you will find the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom and main living areas. The main level features open concept kitchen, living and dining areas as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The well stocked kitchen has been recently updated with quartz counter tops and breakfast bar. The sunken living room features wood paneled ceilings with exposed wood beams, a wood-burning fireplace and abundant windows to take advantage of the beautiful lake views. You enter the home into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. From the living room is access to the deck overlooking the lake. On the main level is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and bath. Upstairs is a kids’ bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is also a full bath, and the loft with another queen size bed overlooking the living area. You have parking for at least 3 cars down at the cabin, and one spot in the garage as well as in front of the garage (the other side of the garage is for the apartment when occupied by owner).
